NOTE: This address needs to match the address registred with the Tax Office. You can find it in the first page of your NIF document under the section titled 'Residencia'. If you have a fiscal representative associated with your NIF, then you need to type your representative's address in Portugal. You can find his/her address (morada) at the bottom of the first page of your NIF document, under 'Representante'.
