In essence, requesting your NISS online is easy but it's important to know that, when issued, your NISS will need to be picked up in person from a social security service.

What's the process like?
After you place your order you'll receive an email from us with a form for you to fill and instructions on how to upload a copy of your ID document.
We'll then request your NISS and, once issued, the Social Security Services will email you to let you know.
If you chose the option to pick up your NISS yourself, this is where your service ends and you'll need to follow the instructions on the email.
If you purchased our service including the pick up of your NISS, you'll need to forward the Social Secutiry email to us. Once we have your NISS, we'll email you a scanned copy and post it to your preferred address.

How long does it take?
The issuance of a NISS may take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. However, it's important to emphasize that the processing time primarily relies on the Social Security office. Instances have been reported where individuals experienced delays of over a month in obtaining their NISS. Therefore, it is advisable to anticipate the longest possible scenario, which could extend beyond four weeks.
