REFUND

Thank you for choosing Access Portugal for your service needs. We strive to deliver excellent services. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

 

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the service completion date. Please send your refund request, including your name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your dissatisfaction, to the contact uspage linked  here

 

3. Refund Considerations

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, we will review your concerns and, at our discretion, determine eligibility for a partial or full refund.

  • Cancellation: If you cancel a prepaid service before it has been initiated, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
     

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to [Lawyer fees, accountant fees and admin fee for example for work done before cancellation ].

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the details and notify you of our decision If approved, the refund will be processed, and you will receive the funds in the original payment method within 5 business days. Please be advised that there is a service charge for the refund through stripe which will be deducted from the refund .

6. No-Show or Missed Appointments

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or missed appointments without prior cancellation within our specified time frame.

We reserve the right to update or modify our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to our clients.

TURNAROUND

The timeframes indicated in our website are calculated exclusively on working days (weekends, official Portuguese holidays or strikes excluded).

​

We are not liable for any delays from the relevant entities (social security, tax office, post office, etc) and the indicated timeframes are counted from the day we receive the required information from each customer and not necessalry from the day the order is placed.

Payment Methods

PAYMENT METHODS

We welcome payments through all major debit and credit cards from any country. Our secure payment processing is facilitated through Stripe. It's not necessary to have a Stripe account to complete an order.
